For the first time in his 11-year career, kicker Adam Vinatieri will miss action due to a groin injury. Vinatieri strained his groin last week against the Houston Texans and will not play against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

Taking his place will be kicker Martin Gramatica, whom the Colts just signed. Through two games, Vinatieri had connected on seven field goal attempts.

Also missing action this week will be receiver Brandon Stokley, who will not play due to a high ankle sprain. At the moment, it's not known whether or not he'll be back for Week 4.
