Kellen Winslow has not had a very good start to his NFL career with the Cleveland Browns. After being injured almost all of last season, Winslow will likely miss the entire 2005-2006 season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
The ACL injury often takes 10 to 12 months of rehibilitation. The reports should be confirmed soon.
Winslow injured his knee after flipping over the handlebars of his motorcycle while traveling at 35 miles per hour in a parking lot.
With Winslow likely done for the year, the Browns can still rely on current tight ends Steve Heiden and Aaron Shea, who actually turned out as one of the Cleveland Browns few bright spots last season.
